DONT MISPLACE YOUR PRIORITY IN PURSUIT OF BUSINESS.

*DON'T MISPLACE YOUR PRIORITY IN PURSUIT OF LIVELIHOOD*

Good morning all.

I am the Lord your God who gives you power to make wealth Deut 8 vs 18.

Psalm 128 vs 1 & 2

Unless the Lord builds the house,

They labor in vain who build it;

Unless the Lord guards the city,

The watchman keeps awake in vain.

2 It is vain for you to rise up early,

To retire late,

To eat the bread of painful labors;

For He gives to His beloved even in his sleep.

What is priority?

Priority  is a thing that is regarded as more important than others

Brethren,do you know that we cannot separate God from our everyday toils.

We cannot keep God as a spare tyre in our vehicles.Even when your business or work is flourishing you can't forget  God your creator .

Don't behave like drivers who go out without spare tyre ,they only remember spare tyre when they meet challenges on the way( Roadsafety,VIO or flat tyres.

In as much as we preach about business,work or go about our daily businesses in search of food.

We also preach about putting God first in all we do.

Without God you can achieve nothing and do nothing.All what you have achieved today is by God's grace .

God is our priority.

I encourage people a lot to focus on their means of survival and also hold on to God firmly.

Never you look down on your God ,even your means of livelihood or else men will look down on you.

Without God we can't succeed in our daily endeavors.If it is by muscle some will get it before you,if it's by wisdom some have it better than you,if it's by connection some people are related to some rich people yet they are poor.

But God has chosen to bless you and I.

Remember the race is not for the Swift nor the battle for the mighty....

So let's not misplace our priority .

A child of God must not continue to fold his hands thinking that even when he is lazy to work that God will work for him.God says he who does not work must not eat.

Manna doesn't fall like that again,we all must work to earn a living.

And a child of God cannot say God has called him into full time ministry without having another skill or career that can earn him income . That is why you see churches building schools ,you see the monks in our monastery producing a lot of things, No body prays more than the monks,yet most of our monastries have written their names in the world record,Pax Herbals are products of Monks.See the missionaries having farm lands and a lot of ventures .I went to EHJ sisters office  @ St leo and I was marveled at the high level of skill and quality textiles and fashion  products  they are making.

Why then do some lay men or Pastors see themselves as full time ministers .

The arrival of Covid 19 has come to reshape our thinking faculty

 now.

Every full time minister or brothers who have failed to engage him or her selves in  money yielding business too are also learning a lesson.

After this Covid 19 many Churches ,ministers will go back to industrialisation, setting up outfit that can help to generate more funds rather than depending on poor church members.They have started developing entrepreneurship *SENSE* 

Covid 19 has taught us how **not to* put our eggs in one basket, although few who have their eggs in one basket may have been favoured.

There is need for multiple streams of income and there is need to hold on to God.

God is our priority because without good health you can't talk about your office work, business or marriage,

Don't allow this two things slip away from your hands ,your business may slip away and people may not help you up and  don't let your God slip away from your hand because when you fall he alone will raise you up.

Don't allow your means of survival slip from your hand because those who lost theirs have not recovered it,but those who put their trust in God are like mount Zion and nothing can take them away from their God.

May God bless you as you step out today in search of your daily bread,amen.

May God bless you as you make him your priority in your work and businesses amen .

May God grant you breakthrough because you make him number one in Jesus name amen .

Have you lost your business as a result of misplaced priority ,may God restore you back and give you entrepreneurship sense .

Go and succeed today even in the mist of scarcity ,where you have failed before,may you go and succeed in Jesus name amen.

Stay safe this pandemic shall end in praise,amen.
